TERMS & CONDITIONS
- I do not have any physical or mental illness which could interfere with my participation in the activities of the festival.
- I am aware that I am not allowed to take ANY kind of drugs or any alcohol on the premises of the Festival. Tantra offers enough natural highs…
- By sending this form I remove any responsibility from the organization for any physical or emotional incident which may occur to me during the Festival.
- I understand that my bedroom/living room preference will be taken into consideration, but that beds within apartments are allocated on a first comes, first-served basis.
- I agree not to take ANY pictures of film during the workshops and meditations without prior written agreement from the organization.
- I am aware that during the festival there will be pictures taken and video recorded, only in certain activities and always with the option of joining in or not, and only for internal use and promotion of future festivals.
- The Organization of the Festival reserves the right to change the prices, the program, the list of Teachers, Musicians, and Healers invited without prior notice, according to possible external circumstances beyond our control. Under no circumstance can any change to the above-mentioned elements lead to any compensation from the Festival.
- Ibiza Residents ticket is available only with valid proof of residency in Ibiza.
- COVID-19 NOTE: The venue and the Festival organisers are strictly following the rules regarding Covid-19 restrictions. These rules are changed by government officials every 2 months. We will inform you about the valid requirements closer to the festival start date. It will be the attendee’s responsibility to fulfill the requirements (IF it will be a vaccination certificate, tests, or other requirements).
- Inability to fulfill these requirements won’t be a valid ground to request a refund for the purchased tickets.
- All the deposit payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- If for any reason the Festival is postponed to a different date (or year), all the purchased tickets will be postponed to the new Festival dates.
- If for any reason the Festival is canceled (and not postponed), the purchased tickets will be refunded in full.
ROOM & DETAILS
All the rooms have a clean and contemporary design with all the amenities: Bathroom, hair drier, AC, fridge, satellite TV, safety lock, terrace or balcony, and wifi on demand. If you have a preference for sharing the room with someone, please specify it on the registration form.
