Satya is a deeply heart-centered therapist and yoga and meditation teacher dedicated to profoundly touching the lives of those she encounters. Originally trained as a nurse, she redirected her passion towards alternative medicine and holistic healing practices. Satya holds qualifications in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Reiki, Chi Nei Tsang (deep abdominal massage), Breathwork, and EMDR.
With over 13 years of experience living in Asia, including five years at the Osho community. She offers personalized therapies tailored to meet individual needs, combining her extensive knowledge and diverse skill set to provide transformative healing experiences.

She has 21 years of experience as a licenced Psychologist and educator, and she has dedicated her life to human development and healing of herself and others. She has practiced tantra for 600 hours in workshops and been 5 times in Ibiza tantra festival. She does online therapy and holds Real Me -retreats and workshops in Greece and Finland about the power of sensitivity, love, authentic self and intuitive healing. She has published 3 books about the highly sensitive people and the courage to love. Heli can guide you through your challenges in a deeply conscious, accepting, safe and healing way.
